Responsibilities

As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating closely with lead architects in the conception and design of new projects.

- Developing architectural plans at an executive level, ensuring precision and detail.

- Utilizing 3D modeling tools to visualize and refine designs.

- Detailing carpentry and glazing designs, adding a distinctive touch to each project.

- Contributing to facility design, ensuring harmonious integration within the whole.

- Preparing and presenting project proposals, effectively communicating the creative vision.

- Creating construction budgets, optimizing resources and ensuring economic viability.

- Maintaining close and proactive attention with our valued clients, providing solutions and personalized attention.

- Working in conjunction with site residents to ensure precise and high-quality execution.

- Participating in site visits to supervise progress and ensure excellence in execution.

Requirements

- A completed bachelor's degree in architecture, backed by a strong academic background.

- Advanced proficiency in the English language, facilitating communication and collaboration in international settings.

- A CV and portfolio reflecting your creativity, technical skills, and previous experience in architectural projects.
