Casa Puente
Constructed
Casa Puente is shaped by the strong topography of the site and its relationship with the Pacific landscape. The steep slope becomes the main driver of the project, defining its form and spatial organization.
Access is resolved through a bridge and elevator from street level, creating a dramatic arrival that frames the ocean view and allows for a comfortable circulation across the four levels.
The main social spaces open toward terraces and the pool, where pergolas filter light, provide shade, and enhance natural ventilation. A material palette of exposed concrete, masonry, and wood gives the house a contemporary yet grounded character, deeply connected to its surroundings.
